Today has been a long #day as few representatives from Fill the Empty Stomachs Farming Initiative spent their day helping put one of the local #farmers in her #garden. Together we harvested sacks of maize at which some were donated to our #food store to feed the most #vulnerable children in our society.

این #کمک_نقدی با در نظر گرفتن تعداد اعضای هر خانواده به آنان توزیع شده است.
قابل ذکر است که اینگونه کمکهای نقدی، از این پس بهصورت ماهانه از طریق حسابهای بانکی به خانوادههای مذکور حواله خواهد شد.

The cash assistance was distributed based on the number of members in each family.
It is worth noting that such cash assistance will be transferred to these families on a monthly basis through #bank_accounts in the future.
The ARCS prioritizes supporting vulnerable and female-headed families across the country and strives to provide essential facilities for their lives.

Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, held a coordination meeting with Ms. Silvia Colona, Head of International Law and Policy at the British Red Cross, to discuss strengthening #humanitarian_cooperation and mobilizing assistance for #vulnerable and #repatriated families.
During the meeting, Mr. Hafiz Azizur Rahman noted that the simultaneous return of #refugees, recurring natural #disasters, and prolonged drought have significantly increased the number of vulnerable families, underscoring the need for large-scale humanitarian support. He added that the ARCS is striving to expand its humanitarian collaboration to support vulnerable families, including female-headed households and repatriated refugees.
He also called for #cooperation in facilitating and coordinating official visits by ARCS leadership to foreign countries, aimed at mobilizing humanitarian assistance and further strengthening international cooperation.
Ms. Colona commended the continued efforts of the ARCS and noted that humanitarian cooperation between the two organizations would be further expanded. She also expressed the British Red Cross’s commitment to joint action, particularly in supporting repatriated refugees and vulnerable families.

Each family received one tent, five blankets, one tarpaulin, one kitchen set, and two water barrels.
