The entire photo is filled with a bright and brilliant white sea fog or cloud. After a while a tiny amount of detail becomes visible. Close to the right edge of the image is a distant view of the tall tower of a large suspension bridge with some of the cables just visible. A short length of the deck can be made out to the left of the tower. A similar distance from the left margin of the photo is a further tower, more obscured by the fog with just a hint of the suspender cables visible and no more - no deck, no more cables, no nothing, but fog.
The bridge is the Golden Gate Bridge (2016).

This is a view from the Leinetor Bridge of the Schlossbrücke (Castle Bridge) and the new Hanover City Hall. On the left side of the picture is the Leineschloss (Leine Castle). It used to be the residence of the electors and kings of Hanover. Today it is part of the Lower Saxony state parliament and a restaurant. The picture is already six years old - but even back then, the last king had long since departed.
