Vielen Dank für eure Tipps und sry wegen der tatsächlich etwas schwammigen Fragestellung. Die Akzeptanz für ein alternatives Tool hängt nur halt manchmal nicht an der Frage "Welche Funktionen brauche ich wirklich?", sondern "Kann es alles, was mein bisheriges Lieblingstool kann?".

tldr; für einfache Umfragen analog zu GoogleForms sind #CryptpadForm von @cryptpad@fosstodon.org , #FramaForms von @Framasoft@framapiaf.org oder gute Alternativen mit m.W. ähnlichem Funktionsumfang. Speziell für Schulen gibt es auch noch #Lerntools von @lerntools@bildung.social. Es gibt auch einige gute öffentliche Instanzen.. Was fehlt Euch denn konkret bei Nextcloud?
Für komplexere Umfragen gäbe es dann noch weitere Möglichkeiten wie #SosciSurvey #Limesurvey @LimeSurvey@fosstodon.org und #RStats. Das wäre aber wahrscheinlich für die Anwendungszwecke überdimensioniert und zu aufwendig...

Relaunch des Umfragedienstes „LimeSurvey“!
Der angekündigte Relaunch unseres Umfragedienstes „LimeSurvey“ ist in vollem Gange ist. Dieser umfasst unter anderem ein Update auf LimeSurvey Version 6.x in einer neuen Umgebung sowie eine verbesserte Nutzbarkeit.

Dort findet Ihr ebenfalls einen Direktlink zur alten Plattform, die samt ihrer laufenden Umfragen noch bis zum 26.02.2026 erreichbar sein wird. Um einen reibungslosen Übergang von der bisherigen zur neuen Plattform zu ermöglichen, könnt Ihr neue Umfragen auf der alten Plattform noch bis zum 12.11.2025 erstellen. Dort laufende Umfragen werden bis in den Februar 2026 hinein durchführ-, auswert- und exportierbar sein.

The 🍋 {limonaid} package finally got updated!
This adds functionality to export LimeSurvey groups, used by LAFOQS (see https://sciencer.eu/posts/2024-03-towards-interoperability-for-psychological-data.html).
It also adds a function to upload surveys in tab-separated values format, contributed by @urswilke
The manual is at https://limonaid.opens.science/ - but the documentation could, um, be improved, so let me know if you use #LimeSurvey and you'd like to use 🍋 {limonaid}!

@afelia mit #LimeSurvey gehen anonyme Umfragen. Das ist sogar dann anonym machbar wenn man die User, die die Umfrage ausfüllen sollen in LimeSuvey hinterlegt, um Ihnen für die Umfrage eine TAN zuzuordnen. Das kann wichtig sein wenn doppelt ausfüllen verhindert werden soll. LimeSurvey trennt TAN und Ergebnis. Weiterer großer Vorteil: Du kannst die Abfrage als Template haben und für jede Schule getrennt einspielen.
