Wrote an article about my geodesic raytracer shader: sibaku.github.io/site/playgrou Instead of the usual straight lines, it follows curved space! You can think about it like light bent due to gravity. There are some predefined bending functions, but you can also define your own!

The Witcher 3. Pourquoi jouer à #thewitcher3 en 2026 ? Le jeu est sorti en 2015, alors cela vaut-il encore le coup ? Réponse immédiate : OUI ! Screen Space #Reflections vs. #RayTracing / #PathTracing

i keep wondering, whether it'd be "cheaper" to "just" render out another "camera", and map it onto a reflective surface?

Y'know, instead of using RT/PT?

That'd certainly get rid of those ugly "lack of data" SSR artifacts - visibly disappearing reflections (culling?).
