Some winter fun from a few years ago.

Pics are from a trial roll after I got an old Minolta Hi-Matic 11 cleaned up & refurbished. The camera—a #rangefinder —is sort of a poor man’s Canon Canonet, which in turn is a poor man’s Leica. It hadn’t been used in decades. Not the tool of choice for sports photography, but I like the blurred sliding shot.

It comes with a fixed lens (45mm, f/1.7). #monochromemonday #BlackAndWhite #monochrome

At the end of the roll while burning the last frames, we have a good miss focused one.

That paint on the wall was something that was bring my attention during the week and I'd liked to capture it along with someone in the frame. I've liked a frame without too much tilt up in the lens, so I need to be a bit distant. So, I did.

I was a bit late, so I got the photo of the first person passing by. Luckly the person was using the glass, even lucklier they adjust the glass at the moment I clicked. The focus? Slighty out, but this works either way.

Auf die kurze Distanh mal wieder die #Parallaxe einer alten #Sucherkamera wie dieser unterschätzt. Außerdem ist der #Rangefinder #Entfernugsmesser scheinbar nicht richtig justiert, die meisten Bilder auf diesem Film sind leider #unscharf. Dieses hier geht ganz gut.
