Designed a small square CMOS sensor camera board for the tip of a pen-like stylus to enable a blind person to feel visual art through a haptic interface. This PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is only 8mm by 8mm with the CMOS sensor on the front and two FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connectors on the back for connecting this board to another board along the length of the pen.

We plan to use a connector compatible cable in our planned pen-like stylus product for enabling a blind person to feel visual art through a haptic interface. This is just careless and completely tone-deaf. Vibecoding something so essential to their products instead of implementing proven automatisation tools and routines will eventually cause issues.
It's sad to see, but if this becomes the standard at #Adafruit it might be best to look for alternatives.
