I build the adapter for vailmorse.com. Its a nice platform to practice CW, they have different ways for training. Like on vband you can do online qsos. Well I am not ready for my first (even practice)-QSO, I can't even recognize all the characters. The adapter works also on vband and I noticed that vailmorse is more forgiving than vband with the dirty CW i send.
It was a quiet easy build, but the case is really small. I didnt use the official pcb and parts and they barely fit in... It was a bit messy, but works. 😀

Finished swamp scavenger diorama. Added a few more plants (water and land). The truck part is revell, the boat made from a shampoo bottle. Everything is handmade, no printed parts. Might add more scrap to the "bin" but I am almost happy with it!

Another impro with the pot lid guitar. This time I'm strumming/plucking it, instead of using a bow. I quite like how it sounds. I put a few fx on it, mainly Baby Audio's lo-fi channel strip (some overdrive, low-pass filtering, and chorus).
The Theremin-like sound comes from the Microfreak.
A capable NAS with solid hardware, but not without tradeoffs.

So let's pointed out, this is collective #DIY thus if you think a job needs to be done don't stand outside and tell the people who are already working to do it, step in and do it your self to add to the collective path otherwise your "help" is negative not positive. Got the tractor running with the diesel heater blowing hot air on the oil filter for half an hour. Went out to fetch some wood and it died. Diesel-gel blocking the filter. Despite maximum dose of anti-gel additive in the tank. Should've heated the tank as well 🤦♂️
Old sailor trick when your tank is full of crud, pull the hose off the filter and stick it into a bottle of good fuel.
Got my wood but probably should've just stayed home instead. 😩
