For the spherical coordinates, we'll use 3 dimensions to sequence the main synth. One sequencer will do the notes on an odd signature (pitch & time covering 2 dimensions) & another, an euclidian sequencer, will control the gate (our 3rd dimension) on it, also at an odd signature, but different, creating a subtle variation.

Similarly, the bassline will follow an odd signature, but no gating, opting instead for a bit more sustain.

New years patch on my #MS20. I found a video on youtube, where the user had made a lead, on his device, that sounded a bit like the lead from the bladerunner theme. I managed to reproduce it and added a little gritty texture through the sample and hold funktion on the patchbay. So here you go guys🤗 #happynewyear

It's a #behringer #k2mkii - which is a #korg #ms20 clone. I loooove those filters! 🥰💕

A lot of devices I make unfortunately never see the light of day. This is a story of one such device.

FilterVerb is a combination of a resonant low-pass filter and a reverb. The low-pass is based on the legendary Korg MS-20 filter, the reverb is built around an Accutronics Belton brick.

kind of hard tuning 3x osc1 with each other and then also adding in tuning for 3x osc2 a fifth above its osc1 (loosely paraphonic) but really nice, weird drift - lovely to have a sequencer that also adds so much probability as well

Nostalgia pt. 5: Inside the studio of my 20" container some years back. These were good times – however on hot days in the summertime it was only possible to make music after the sun had set, because of intense heat... And in the winter I had to have a electric heater going all day, to avoid frost in my gear. Which was a fairly pricy ordeal. Worth it though😍😎💯

in ep 14 of #ThreeBody - the radio telescope makes a sound like a very low #ms20 sawtooth wave with a sine LFO modulating the high pass filter with resonance about 50%, but it’s a sample that cuts itself off after about 2.4 cycles repeatedly, it’s kind of a jarring & funny effect (great sound tho)
