If you're using #FrankenPhp on Fedora, it operates using https://rpms.henderkes.com/ instead of the standard PHP binary.
The packages accessible to the #php CLI aren't available to the static PHP package.
To get them, you must install them separately, like this: sudo dnf install php-zts-sqlite3.
It took me quite a few hours to troubleshoot this.
Anyone using #frankenphp ? How are you liking it so far? Any major cons?
