Der österreichische Innenminister #Karner findet es nicht unangenehm, für 2 Stunden in eine stickige, laute Minizelle eingesperrt zu werden, die für für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist aber mit 20 Personen geteilt werden musste. Das alles für eine einfache Identitätsfeststellung.
Ich fordere Innenminister #Karner öffentlich auf, die Prozedur über sich ergehen zu lassen. Damit die 20 Zellen-Mitinsassen beisammen sind, sollten alle Polizeikräfte, die an der Amtshandlung mitgemacht haben, mit einsitzen.
Ich würde #Karner gerne den Totengräber des Rechtsstaates nennen, tue das nicht, weil ich klären muss, ob das medienrechtlich erlaubt ist. Natürlich wäre es für #Karner einfach, den Beweis gemeinsam mit den 20 anderen anzutreten, die ein Eid auf die #verfassung abgelegt haben.
