#VSCode mit den Erweiterungen für #Python findet die Unittests, aber führt sie nicht aus. Lange nach der Ursache gesucht.
Des Rätsels Lösung: Ich hatte das Projekt über einen Symlink geöffnet (~/dev/git/Projekt). Wenn man es über den "richtigen" Pfad öffnet (~/Dokumente/Devel/git/Projekt) laufen die Tests.

i experimented with #openai codex in #vscode yesterday and i already have the core prototype of #blackthorn ready in just a matter of 5 minutes of prompting lol. i've dreamed of making this game for 30 years. maybe i can finally make it a reality? ..if only i had the time
Your Home for Multi-Agent Development
Something I recently learned about, and have been amazed by: VS Code Multi-root Workspaces.
This is probably basic knowledge for some people, but I only learned about it a few weeks ago.
Basically you can add multiple Git repositories as part of your workspace. It's great because you don't need to clone anything as a sub-repo, or create symlinks to different directories.
I've been using it for projects that depend on other projects that depend on other projects (etc), and I need to traverse the entire chain of functions/modules dependencies to figure out who's dropping the ball.
It's been very very helpful for me. I hope others find it too.

I allowed #copilot into one of my #github repos via #vscode for the first time today. For a few minutes, I felt doom as it fixed some bugs almost instantly. I looked over at my husband (also a coder) and said, "yep, we are useless now". 5 minutes later, it was f'ing stuff up and I said, "never mind".

Многие уже используют GitHub Copilot Chat каждый день: @workspace , режимы вроде ask/edit/agent и быстрые правки кода стали частью рутины. Проблема в том, что стандартный агент в чате — универсальный, а значит часто даёт усреднённые ответы. На практике стандартного чата часто становится недостаточно. Без заранее заданных правил агент не учитывает специфику проекта и принимает решения «по умолчанию». Такие ответы могут быть корректными технически, но часто не соответствуют вашим внутренним конвенциям и архитектурным ограничениям. В итоге это приводит к постоянному ручному управлению контекстом. Документацию и эталонные файлы приходится каждый раз явно добавлять в запрос, а роль, стек и стиль — задавать заново для каждой новой задачи. С выходом версии VS Code 1.106 появилась возможность автоматизировать этот процесс через Custom Agents .
