Wenn "Die Grünen" (oder jede Partei die sich "links" von AfD/Union versteht) die Diskussion um höhere Wochenarbeitszeiten und weniger Teilzeitanspruch gestartet hätten, geäbe es auf den Hetzblättern Bild und Nius vermutlich schon längst Schlagzeilen wie "Söder will uns den Feierabend rauben" oder "Merz will verhindern, dass wir uns um unsere Familien kümmern" oder "Die Union will unseren Urlaub streichen".

Despite the immense shitshow unleashed on the world this weekend [1], there is one tiny silver lining to the cloud which is the "this is a prelude to taking Greenland by force" being thrown around today.

The US military is made up of people from the southern part of the country to a degree far larger than random chance would predict. They are, on average, from the warmer parts of the USA.

Canadians, Danes, and most especially native Greenlanders can operate in the arctic climate a whole hell of a lot better than some under-educated boys from Ol' Dixie.
