I didn't have as much time as I'd've liked to write #Transformation #microfiction, between two hurricanes, #ShifterCon, and the election. So, I guess I'll extend my binge-write into November.

"What a great night..." Kitty murmured, leaning against his chest as the movie ended, snuggled up on his couch.

He nodded, taking her hand, "Mmm... I'm just glad you said yes." he ran a finger over the engagement ring he'd slipped onto her earlier, at the park bench on the edge of the wildlife preserve, where they'd first met in person.

She smiled, "I don't know why I wouldn't. I moved in with you because I never want to leave."

"That, and you didn't exactly have many things to move."

She blushed.

He smiled, leaning in to give her a kiss on the nose. She giggled, and he felt her hand slip...

Well, ShifterCon is done, and I had a blast! Mostly attended panels, and then attended a queer/trans themed meet-up where I met some new friends (already formed a group chat after it ended). Plus just everyone talking about TF for hours. It's been great!

I think a convention in the online format gave me a good taste of things I could expect when I eventually can go to other furry conventions. I can easily hang and feel comfortable in a circle of other folks like me. This just gave me more confidence about actually going to one.
