If
#Wero is just an interface on top of
#SEPA instant transfer, and that is just a request form to your bank to transfer money (usually within 10 seconds), then why do we need processors?
What is keeping a bank from issuing debit cards, that create sepa-inst requests to the card readers owner, authorized through some cryptography.
I'm just describing a regular debit card from that point, but wouldn't that decentralize card payments across sepa-enabled banks?
The only problems I can see, is that sepa-inst tranfers are difficult to undo after authorization and that card terminals obviously need to support it.
