@Coolmccool Indeed. #Uranium mines are a reminder of all the earthmoving, transport, processing, accommodation, and other #scope3 carbon emissions that #nuclear advocates often forget to mention.
The photo also reminded me of a funny experience. Recently was travelling near Emerald in central Queensland and the satnav showed the distinctive concentric contours of a conical hill near the road - but there was no hill! We thought the device was faulty until we came to a mine turn off 🤔😊
