I've now moved the website from my Development machine to my main always on server. In this case a #RaspberryPi4

Now I can continue to tinker in development and not impact live. Then just need to remake the docker and migrate to live!

I think I've actually found a reasonable use for my #raspberrypi4 , Jellyfin (running in the official Docker)

Over the past couple of years, I've become more mindful of power consumption in my household so I'm not a 24/7 homelabber. The ancient Dell with the i7-2600 draws so much power in comparison to the 6 watts of the Pi.

Besides, I need to save money for the absolutely cursed need to run air conditioning so that I could sleep during the last part of December in the northern hemisphere.

Je cherche à mettre en place l’aide à distance pour mes parents. Ils sont sous #LinuxMint Cinnamon avec un serveur TigerVNC, la connexion se fait via #WireGuard servi par PiVPN sur un #raspberrypi4. Cela marche, sauf qu’il faut que le serveur #VNC (leur PC) ping d’abord le client (mon PC). Avant ça, je ne peux pas prendre la main, et leur PC n’est pas vu par PiVPN (et pourtant LinuxMint dit que la connexion WG est ouverte).

J’en déduis que le #réseau est OK, que le #parefeu est OK, mais de leur côté, il y a un truc qui bloque l’accès vers eux et qui saute quand ils font le ping. Mais quoi ? Des idées ?
