PTs assess movement, prescribe tailored exercises, provide hands‑on care and education, and use modalities when needed to treat conditions like low back pain, neck/shoulder pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, post‑surgical rehab and chronic pain.
Do one practical thing today: try seated pelvic tilts — sit tall, feet flat; tuck pelvis to flatten low back for 3–5 sec, arch gently for 3–5 sec; repeat 8–12 times, stop if it hurts. Tag a PT, share a short recovery tip, or join a local screening.
