Had to tweak my #StaticSiteGenerator just a bit to accommodate this unique new post type: The latest post will always be displayed in full at /now, with past entries eventually appearing as a simple list right below it.
That was a fun technical exercise as well as a nice excuse to reflect. Highly recommended!

I've been doing a bit of light tinkering.
I have updated my blog to support English translations and now I can offer my musings about how this ist the year that Windows annoyed people too much to my English speaking followers. I kept the beautiful German word "Verschlimmbessern" in.

This is my current design for the personal blog I plan to host in the future.
Not only does it resemble an enhanced Web 1.0, but it has HTML5 support!
Maybe this can be where I put all my videos and provide another place to watch my twitch streams.
Well, I think I might actually be done with YouTube for good.
Because YouTube is owned by Big Tech, and with their efforts to chastise people with adblockers along with enshittification with AI features, I cleared my browsing history of any trace of the red play button.
Now, I'm coding an HTML project where I store all of my blog posts and video diaries. It's all going to be read-only like the late 80's or early 90's, so you may like Web 1.0 in this project.
