It kind of blows my mind 🤯 that the 2011 #Macbook Pro running #MacOSX 10.6 feels/seems snappier than my 2014 MacBook Pro running #Opensuse #Slowroll.

I did have to mask/disable #PackageKitD and remove #Gnome Software on the 2014 MB as it was eating up the CPU. Maybe that was part of the slowness feeling issue? 🤷

Every time I find the system to be slower, I know it is #packagekitd. @fedora.

Dear #packagekitd, stop killing the box.

Geez.. why is gnome-software and packagekitd consuming 1GB memory (again!)?!?
