So in the last month the devil himself, #JohnBolton, admitted out loud and casually that he "helped plan coups d'etat" in foriegn countries including #Venezuela.

It appears noone on #clearnetFediverse saw this alarming admission, or if they did, failed to have the good sense to post about it.

It looks like #clearnet fedi is failing. Maybe it has something to do with the "*****elephant***** in the room", or the many vets and military folk who operate servers.

Viva the #newInternet.

We can however thank fediverse instances for being accessible over Tor.

Really though, the only way to secure a #NewInternet is to make it abundant with quality eppsites like fedi instances, every fedi instance 'worth their salt' ought to be accessible and most importantly, #federating over #I2P.

Even before the UkraineProblem, the #switter debarkle is proof that we must think about I2P #Accessibility and Federation.

Then you have I2P, which we liked to characterise as #web3p0 (or #newInternet, well before the ethScamTokens coopted that term).

The one thing that bothers us most about I2P though is it doesn't do subdomains.

Ie. sub.domain.i2p So if someone knows the address they can see what the service is unless you do some bespoke obfuscation?

Once you have been using the system for a while and ironed out most of the major kinks, it might be good to share it on an #onionSite.

The big problem with the #newInternet today, though, is the 50-character addresses – no one is ever going to type those in. And you cannot remember your own url. They are #ridiculous.

Its almost as though they purposefully chose a ridiculously long URL entropy to limit Tor's most useful function, a truly #decentralisedInternet.
