Mit Studioeröffnung wechselte ich auf die Signature Serie mit MTK.
Der Wechsel vom EFX8 war einfach. Leider hatte das erste Exemplar einen USB-Fehler, so dass ich ihn nicht mit der DAW verbinden konnte.
Hier kam dann der schon erwähnte deutsche Support seitens Harman ins Spiel. Ich wurde vor Ort sehr nett empfangen und der Mixer wurde ohne Diskussion einfach getauscht.

Bevor ich 2018 mein Studio eröffnete, nutzte ich einen EFX8 zum Proben. Die Haptik der Regler, die integrierten Lexicon-Effekte sowie die intuitive Bedienung haben mich von Anfang an überzeugt.
Die Möglichkeit den EFX8 in ein 19" Rack einzubauen & der kompetente deutsche Support seitens Harman rundet für mich das Produkt ab.

Today was pretty productive. I finally disassembled my stand mixer for gear replacement. I was disappointed to find the plastic gear housing had cracked beyond repair. A revised part was ordered and delivered the same evening. Test fitting of parts was easy, the greasy cleanup and lube was the worst part. Anyhow, it's all reassembled and running smoothly in initial testing. Estimated cost of repairs: $95

I can't wait to use my attachments again.

Sometimes I have a setup with my #x32 #behringer #mixer where all outputs need special care with #EQs. Then I am routing every out channel over a DCA so that I can adjust the volume on one fader. But then I have one unused layer-independent main fader. I cannot remap the main, because this feature is not available. But I can use the #OSC interface together with an #ESP32 to mirror the main fader to the DCA on. I think this works pretty well :-).
