I'm using @elk canary, which started supporting scheduled posts using Mastodon's `scheduled_at` parameter. However, there's no way to delete scheduled / unschedule posts yet, so I published a Mastodon Unschedule CLI tool: https://github.com/jangobrecht/MastodonUnschedule

Where to go to watch music videos on the Fediverse, or somewhere Fediverse-adjacent?
Watching music videos on a Well Known Video Site. Just let it run, showing videos it thinks I will like, is pretty good at it.
But of course I am feeding the Great Beast who will eventually render us all down in the bio-vats.
So where should I go instead? I really just want something I let run in the background.
Paying is OK, preferably most of it going to the artists.

Hallo, mir ist aufgefallen, dass in der Webansicht und der Web-App von mastodon.social hochgeladene Fotos und Videos nicht mehr automatisch an das Bildformat angepasst werden. Das führt dazu, dass die Beiträge in der Timeline ungleichmäßig und unschön wirken, da die Bilder unterschiedliche Formate aufweisen.
Gibt es dafür einen bestimmten Grund oder eine Möglichkeit, dies wieder zu aktivieren?

Geht auf ihr Profil und klickt die Glocke an, dann erhaltet ihr Benachrichtigungen, wann immer die betreffende Person etwas trötet, auch wenn ihr erst später ins Fediverse reinschaut.
Disclaimer: So wie im Bild sieht das bei mir auf Mastodon.social im Webbrowser aus. Je nach eurer Instanz und je nachdem, ob ihr über Webbrowser oder per Handy-App ins Fediverse geht, sieht es eventuell etwas anders aus.

Sirve poner etiquetas del tema que hables en el toot, por ejemplo #feditips así cualquiera que siga esa etiqueta ve el toot, aunque no lo haya visto en la línea temporal y tmb sirve emoezar a seguir gente para que te siga y así tener más interacción. De última, luego si de alguien no te interesalo que postea podés dejar de seguirla.
Los domingos de tarde puede que la instancia de mastodon.uy esté medio quieta pero caoaz otras se mueven más, yo anduve tooteando bastante con gente de otras instancias hoy.

If you want your Mastodon account to be private, you need to do two things:
1. Set your default posting visibility to "followers-only", more info on this at https://fedi.tips/who-can-see-my-posts-in-mastodon-how-do-i-send-dms-in-mastodon
2. Switch on requiring approval for followers, so that no one can follow you without permission. More about this at https://fedi.tips/restricting-who-can-follow-you-in-mastodon
This doesn't apply retrospectively, any public posts you've already made will remain public. This just sets the default visibility for new posts.
