Today, we have 30 minutes more daylight than at the #wintersolstice, 22 days ago.
On 26 January, daylight lasts until 5pm. Phew!

I haven't been keeping track of sunrise times for a few days, but suddenly we're at 5 minutes earlier than on 1st January. After 8 days of it being the same time multiple days in a row, the time of sunrise is starting to change more rapidly. We've also gained 20 minutes of daylight since the start of the calendar year.
