Finally figured out how to manually update book covers in CWA!
Finally figured out how to manually update book covers in CWA!
This week's #SelfHosting adventure: setting up #Booklore on my homelab for #Ebook management.
I have #CalibreWebAutomated installed but find it a bit finicky and I've never managed to get it syncing with my Kobo successfully. I'm hoping that BookLore might do the trick.
The documentation provided is excellent. Now to add all my ebooks and let the Bookdrop functin work its magic!

There's so many things I want to add to #CalibreWeb (and/or #CalibreWebAutomated) - but the two big ones are just quality of life stuff like:
- Some kind of discovery (even just "n books like this one" on a book page, could be a simple clustering algorithm or some other recsys something #ML)
- A "currently reading" shelf, which would just auto-populate...
- A "want to read" shelf, which wouldn't necessarily include stuff I own - but just stuff that I intend to borrow from the library/buy
Feiertag bisher:
Jetzt erstmal was futtern.
