I tried using #SurfacePsycho's Fit Patch on a #CAD mesh model, overall the result isn't bad, but unfortunately the surfaces it generates have these cuts/gaps that you then have to fix manually.
Otherwise, when you try to export to IGES or STEP, it just throws an error. #b3d #Blender3d #Nurbs

For #FOSDEM, the #FreeCAD and #KiCad communities have gotten good at syncing up since mechanical and electrical #CAD naturally go together, but we have not yet combined forces like we should with #QGIS. It's not so obvious how #geospatial software is related, but it turns out things like the geometry of a neighborhood or the topology of a road network have a lot of overlap with the geometry of a part or the topology of an assembly. Let's fix this next year, y'all!

There are two epee fencers in this house and we have had two competition experiences with bad body cords. Unfortunately stupid testers are upwards of 100 or more dollars and I find that fucking crazy, so I am making my own.

9v battery or 12v auto-switching with some simple blue LEDs to indicate a complete circuit. Easy-peasy and half the price with top of the line switches, plugs, and LEDs.
