The gathering of items for the #Thanksgiving feast.
While not a yam fan, we have a guest who follows the yam tradition. I will eat them (maybe one?) but not my go to side dish.
My go to side dish is the green bean casserole. I kind of even like it more than legit mashed potatoes.

It's been growing for a year.
The leaf is used to make dishes as well, so we kept feasting on the leaves
I think we pulled it out a bit too early though, many of them have a greenish tinge

Oxalis tuberosa a.k.a oca is "yam" in Aotearoa/New Zealand
