On top of an old rotted log there's a patch of rich, green moss. On top of the moss is what looks like an endless patch of tiny tan parasol type mushrooms with dark brown/reddish stems and a light tan veined caps. iNat suggests it is Cross-veined Troop Mushroom.

A #ThrowbackThursday to a day in Feb 2010, when the sun in #SanFrancisco was so striking, I took some beautiful photos of different style houses against the deep blue sky.

The middle window is curved on top, and the side windows have a geometric leaded pattern. Inside of the windows is white lace curtains.

Tip top of a redish house against a dark blue sky. It has very similar windows as the first photo, with the center having a round top, but there are no leaded patterns on the side. There is minimal trim along the roofline, but there is an oval vent for the roof at the peak.

There is a large semicircle below the peak of the dormer on top. The floor below the dormer maximizes window space by having two sets of bay windows side by side.

A very Victorian house with plenty of floral designs in its trim, despite the colors just being grey and white, with a little gold. There is a bay window on the right, and on the left is a completely decorative pattern on a wall where there is no window.
