Small train trip from Budapest to Keszthely today to visit family and hopefully do some ice skating on Lake Balaton in Western Hungary.

I’ve travelled this line a million times before but never the full length, never on an IC, never first class.

Expected to depart with 10-15 minutes delay…

I found this out by counting tile requests of users of kozlekedesiklub.hu to tiles.openrailwaymap.org.

If I remember well, there were “Wiener Walzer” couchette through cars positioned right behind the loco. They had left #Zurich🇨🇭HB the night before.
