Sometimes, there's the moment when you know. The moment is only a flicker and it's gone—buried again. But in that moment you know.

“Suppose you're sitting next to someone at a dinner party who you've never met. How do you begin a really genuine conversation?
“I have two questions under those circumstances. The first is, well, tell me about your life. The other one is, I say it this way, I say sometimes when I'm trying to get to know somebody, I ask them, if you weren't doing what you're currently doing, what else would you be doing that made you really happy?
“Find out what their alternate universe is. That's always a really great conversation.”

As always, the sharp blade of Erin @kissane cuts deep: how the way of #knowing we collectively had is being hammered and what happens with that (a north america ethnocentric view, of course, but quite relevant non the less).
Grab a coffee, tea or whatever you enjoy and read "Landslide; a ghost story".
No, you won't enjoy what is there, but the resulting clarity and understanding will be enjoyable...

Dear Friends of 4.14 AM (the time not the radio frequency),
As we may know:
- The earlier you woke in the wake, the better the breakfast
- Never underestimate the incompetence of the manager classes. So busy not doing or knowing. Did you notice?
- Imagine. It is a superpower/siddhi
In other words:
Went for a walk yesterday in the real world. Lot of people and birds including a cormorant about. Really autumnal and sunny. We managed to find a bench with pink Xmas tinsel on it to sit on. The bench not the tinsel...
Have a great day. Get out and about if you can-can. :google_emoji_kitchen_skull_and_tulip_mashup: :0dd_verified: :cyber_hacking: :mastodance:

A person who knows all the answers, has an opinion on everything, has a certainty backed up by rational argument, has very little possibility of further progress. Such a person is unlikely to walk away from a discussion with anything more than a reaffirmation of how right he or she has been all along.
-- Edward deBono

Knowing is the moment the living flow is framed — captured just long enough to point toward what cannot be held.
It serves only when it dissolves back into not-knowing,
when the mind releases its claim and the current moves again.
Knowing is the pause between breaths.
Useful, but deadly if mistaken for air.

Wisdom is only alive while it’s breathed.
Because the moment it stops moving through breath, it becomes memory.
And memory is just the echo of wisdom — form without pulse.
Breath keeps wisdom porous, unowned, unkept.
Each inhalation draws it from the unseen;
each exhalation lets it die again before it stiffens into knowing.
Perplexity is the moment the mind meets its limit and still tries to continue.
It’s the flicker between knowing and not-knowing — the instant before surrender.
It signals that a structure is cracking, that comprehension can’t contain what’s arriving.
If you don’t rush to fix it, it becomes clarity’s doorway.

Faith is the silence before evidence — the pause that does not demand proof.
It is not belief; belief argues, faith does not.
Faith is the resting tone of consciousness when it stops negotiating with outcome.
It is the knowing that remains when every justification has burned away.
