16-Hour Fasting: A Game-Changer for Cancer Immunotherapy 🧬⏱️

New clinical data in Cell Metabolism (Feb 2026) reveals that strategic fasting is more than just a metabolic trend—it's a powerful tool in oncology.

The Key Findings: A 16-hour fasting window "reprograms" T cells, making them more resilient and aggressive against tumors.
Short-term fasting significantly enhances neoadjuvant immunothera... sciencedirect.com/science/arti

#today I'm counting down the days til I start my last round of #immunotherapy for #bladder #cancer. Shots 25, 26 and 27 await. It's usually 3 over 3 weeks, every 6 months. I've been having this for several years now and it doesn't get any easier: outrageous #cystitis and prostate inflammation. Just hoping they'll find ever fewer recurrences that they'll want to laser away. Things could be worse.

In other news, I've nearly finished brooding over how to style my links page / blogroll.

Keep well
