i don't know what they are or where they came from, but i like them! I used to enjoy #IceWM. these aren't that bare-bones; are better IMO. But I never leanred to truly customize IceWM because i'm a lazy piece of shit fkkr. i digress.

I was asked to create a simple #HMI for the Industrial PC equipped with the 12,1" touch screen.

It will serve as an offline HMI for the on-site PLC controlled over the web interface.

The final setup is based on #slackware, #i3, #i3blocks, #surf, #svkbd, and #sddm

#tersoftware de hoje pra min é algo que já usei muito, mas hoje não uso tanto pq tô afastando do mundo dos window manager, seria #i3blocks a barra de status que eu usava em conjunto com o #i3wm.
Menção horrosa a #waybar que pra min é o "sucessor espiritual" no mundo waylland desse tipo de projeto.

In meinem Dual-Monitor Betrieb ist das #Grafiktablett normalerweise in der Mitte geteilt. Mit einem shell script weise ich es nur einem Monitor zu. So weit, so gut. Unter #i3wm würde ich gerne über eine Taste zwischen den beiden Zuständen hin und her schalten können – also script laden und wieder entladen. Ähnlich, wie das für #i3blocks vorhandene script #keyindicator mit der NUM und CAPS Taste macht. In die Theorie habe ich hineingelesen. Mal sehen, ob ich es praktisch gebacken kriege. 😉

Hmm currently working on my #i3wm setup. I've used #fontawesome for some #i3bar / #i3blocks stuff. However, after defining colorsets, not all of my workspace icons are displayed properly anymore - may someone has an idea how to solve this problem? o.O
Also i would like to have a fixed order of the workspace buttons.
Everything else works surprisingly well for me, nearly no problems, guess i used #awesomewm long enough and be finally ready for #levelup. xD
