Been listening to book summaries on #Headway recently and I can only say that most of these self help or motivational books are useless "manifesting" gibberish about some amazing power the subconscious mind holds.
The only summary worth listening to was by a holocaust survivor: Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl
I've been trying to replace my #doomscrolling with something a bit more productive. I've never really been into sitting on social media apps for hours. My vice is more during short bursts of downtime at work.
