A very large courgette on a chopping board next to a chopping knife

Batch cooked a load of my courgette curry base sauce (a concentrated spiced gravy featuring mostly grated but also diced courgette/marrow), using up three marrows. It'll perhaps make 10 portions once we add in protein/extra veg for serving.

Only two marrows left on the counter to use up, yay!

Went out into the garden for a bit of tidying. Returned with 3 more marrows, 2 overgrown courgettes and 8 normal courgettes.

It's like the Magic Porridge Pot but with courgettes 🙄

@Hellybootwader I knew I must have some books somewhere. The first is useful for modern recipes, by Catherine Atkinson and Maggie Mayhew. The second is older, by Mayre Cameron Smith and goes into a lot of technical and safety info especially for bottling. The recipes are a bit old fashioned but the method detail is excellent. I got both books from Ebay.

GLUT was originally written by Mark Kilgard to support the sample programs in the second edition OpenGL 'RedBook'.
