Umweltminister #CarstenSchneider #BMUKN bleibt vielfach besser auf Kurs, als befürchtet. Es wäre ja auch absolut irrational, mit langen Einführungsfristen festgelegte Ziele wie solche zur #Phospor-Gewinnung aus #Klärschlamm immer dann zu verschieben, wenn sie kurz vor der Umsetzungspflicht stehen.
