Residents of the Eat Street Flats on East Franklin Avenue showed the aftermath of federal agents smashing a glass window to enter at around 6 a.m. Thursday, with another video taken inside the building showing agents breaking through an internal door to access the floor housing Wagner's apartment.
Cybestalking and threatening communications charges were filed in East Michigan, claiming Wagner has been making a series of escalating threats towards federal immigration agents during Operation Metro Surge in the Twin Cities.
