Bilaspur News: बिलासपुर के हाइड्रो इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के निदेशक पर यौन उत्पीड़न के गंभीर आरोप लगे हैं। एक पूर्व छात्र ने अप्रैल में समग्र ई-समाधान पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज की। जांच समिति ने अपनी रिपोर्ट तैयार कर ली है। यह मामला सुंदरनगर इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज से भी जुड़ा है। शिकायतकर्ता ने निदेशक के अनुचित व्यवहार की शिकायत की। तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग अब इस पर कार्रवाई करेगा।
यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों का विवरण
शिकायतकर्ता ने बताया कि निदेशक ने सुंदरनगर इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में वरिष्ठ संकाय सदस्य के रूप में काम करते हुए छात्राओं के साथ अनुचित व्यवहार किया। उस समय शिकायत दर्ज की गई थी, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। अब वह हाइड्रो कॉलेज में निदेशक हैं। शिकायतकर्ता ने कहा कि उनकी रिश्तेदार छात्रा ने भी वही अनुभव साझा किया। यह मामला गंभीर चिंता का विषय है।
वीडियो में सामने आया अनुचित व्यवहार
हाल ही में एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ, जिसमें निदेशक अस्पताल में भर्ती एक छात्रा के साथ अनुचित व्यवहार करते दिख रहे हैं। वीडियो में वे छात्रा को गलत तरीके से छूने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। यह वीडियो कॉलेज के छात्रों और संकाय के बीच चर्चा में है। शिकायतकर्ता ने बताया कि निदेशक छात्राओं को व्हाट्सएप पर अनुचित संदेश भेजते हैं। जवाब न देने पर धमकी भी देते हैं।
जांच समिति की कार्रवाई
जिला स्तरीय यौन उत्पीड़न जांच समिति ने मामले की जांच शुरू की। समिति की अध्यक्ष डॉ. विभा शर्मा ने बताया कि जांच पूरी हो चुकी है। रिपोर्ट तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग को सौंपी जाएगी। शिकायतकर्ता ने कॉलेज प्रशासन की चुप्पी पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्राओं की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए। समिति की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कार्रवाई होगी।
तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग की प्रतिक्रिया
तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग के निदेशक अक्षय सूद ने कहा कि शिकायत को गंभीरता से लिया गया है। जिला स्तरीय जांच समिति को मामला सौंपा गया। समिति की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर उचित कदम उठाए जाएंगे। विभाग ने इस मामले में पारदर्शिता का वादा किया है। छात्राओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सख्त नियम लागू करने की बात कही गई।
शिकायतकर्ता की मांग
शिकायतकर्ता, जो अब निजी कंपनी में कार्यरत हैं, ने निदेशक के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की। उन्होंने बताया कि सुंदरनगर कॉलेज में भी निदेशक का व्यवहार संदिग्ध था। उनकी रिश्तेदार ने हाइड्रो कॉलेज में भी यही अनुभव साझा किया। शिकायतकर्ता ने कहा कि ऐसी घटनाएं कॉलेजों में असुरक्षा का माहौल बनाती हैं। उन्होंने सुरक्षा उपायों को मजबूत करने की अपील की।

If you decide to not let it rest, you can
a) report it, which will get other people getting involved, maybe reprimanding the person. The person may deny it happened, say it was a joke. The victim may not want to make a fuzz.
b) you talk to the perpetrator directly. They may feel attacked, try to isolate you, and why are you making a fuzz, and not hear you.
c) you talk with senior colleagues, creating rumors
