He presents explanations for sudden declining #Wikipedia activity during that time, arguing for a general dynamic in peer production, with empiric research and mathematical models.

It is very convincing, still I wanted to comment on the early 2007 statement: One of the biggest global financial crises started then and I wonder how the research could take that into account?
