U – UNIFORM / CLOTHES: “What are they wearing? Are they in uniform or in regular clothing?” Example: “Wearing black long sleeve shirt and ballcaps”
T – TIME & DATE: “When? What time?” Example: “Spotted at 1:30pm on February 22”
E – EQUIPMENT / WEAPONS: “Do the have equipments or weapons on them? What are they driving?” Example: “They have body armor on and pepper spray”

Share as many details as possible and, if safe, take pictures to include with your report.

"During Monday's Public Safety and Community Health Committee meeting, several council members asked Spokane Police Chief Kevin Hall questions about the role of local law enforcement.

"Chief Hall said he is frequently asked about this.

"I'll continue to say it over and over, we have no role in federal immigration enforcement," Chief Hall said.

"The police department does work with some federal partners like U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). They do not work with border patrol, homeland security investigations (HSI) or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)."

After seeing her perform at the House of Blues in Spokane, Washington, US ca. 2003, I ran into Liz Phair at the dive bar we were partying in after.

She was very gracious (I was a bumbling idiot) and she kindly let me snap this pic (phone cameras were a nascent technology at the time, and the photographer, a fiend of mine, was likely quite inebriated).

She remains one of my all-time favorite singer/songwriters.
