S – SIZE / STRENGTH: “How many are there confirmed?” Example: “5 to 6 officers in 2 white minivans”
A – ACTIONS / ACTIVITY: “What are they doing?” Example: “Parked outside the grocery store”
L – LOCATION / DIRECTION: “Where? Be specific with directions” Example: “On the corner of 19th street and Broadway”
U – UNIFORM / CLOTHES: “What are they wearing? Are they in uniform or in regular clothing?” Example: “Wearing black long sleeve shirt and ballcaps”
T – TIME & DATE: “When? What time?” Example: “Spotted at 1:30pm on February 22”
E – EQUIPMENT / WEAPONS: “Do the have equipments or weapons on them? What are they driving?” Example: “They have body armor on and pepper spray”
Share as many details as possible and, if safe, take pictures to include with your report.
