Not to mention the fact that they - alongside #RISCv - are the only fully opensourced #ISAs with sufficient powerful designes fit for use cases beyond #IoT-Sensors and other "edge (embedded) computing" applications...
I've not gotten myself over to subscribing the #LKML since the amount of traffic there is just extreme...
But I'd love to see more supported architectures I can port @OS1337 to, and I'd ideally prioritize those long-term that have solid toolchain / compiler / userland support as I don't want to change any upstream code if possible and stick with fixed releases so that even decades later someone can rebuild such a system from scratch if need be...
