I love pizza and usually make it on a Saturday, when I can start the dough in the afternoon. For the first time I used roasted but unsalted peanuts as a topping.

A thumb's up from me!

I used tomato paste and sweet and sour sauce, dried thyme, onions, black olives, chorizo and a mix of cheddar and Parmesan cheese. After baking I drizzle with home-made spicy olive oil...

It went really nicely with our Terre des 2 Sources Accords Syrah blend!

Just how hard is it these days to get a pizza with anchovies on it? I cannot be the only person that loves anchovies, can I? Also, the bonus of having anchovies on your pizza is that nobody else wants a slice, so maybe it is just me left #Anchovies #PizzaToppings
