@ton our project leverages the official publications, based on a (political) recommendation of the Federal Council. If you are asking about technical recommendations, our group is developing them on the fly, looking at prior work elsewhere, e.g. in #OKFN chapters and data journalism efforts. Could you be a little more specific?
@fragdenstaat wie passend, ausgerechnet heute hatte ich bei der #okfn eine 404 und hatte die Umgangsweise mit den Bildern mit einer Kollegin als positiv ausgemacht. Vllt wäre so etwas ja auch etwas für euch? Da gibts doch sicher von einigen Aktionen witzige „fails“, die in Bildern festgehalten wurden oder so ;)
I was looking into product barcodes because I had a potential usecase in mind for them.
Weirdly, there are like very few projects that want to offer open-source product number (i.e. EAN/UPC) databases with free API access or provide you a copy of their database.
The few that I have found either stopped (Like the #okfn product database https://product.okfn.org/) or have databases that are small compared to their commercial rivals (like brocade.io).
Commercial databases want a lot of money.
#CKAN was recognised last week as a #DigitalPublicGood – adhering to privacy and other applicable laws and best practices, to do no harm, and help attain the SDGs

Lieber @wellemut , herzlichen Dank für deine Rückmeldung! Aus den Reihen der #OKFN hörten wir auch eine Zahl um 5k€ für kommunale #Hackathons. Unser Städtchen hat <25k Einwohner, vielleicht lohnt es sich eher für die ländlich geprägte Region #LandkreisSchaumburg mit158k Einwohner.
Eine solche Veranstaltung wäre ein Novum bei uns, daher ist eine kleine Summe realistisch.💚
