Saucer and nacelles have now been painted and most of the model has been assembled. There’s a couple of parts that will be glued into place when the model is finished as I don’t want them broken. Very tight fit getting the LED strip into the nacelles. I had to scrape away at some of the insides of the outboard halves to make a bit more room. I glued the inboard halves of the nacelles to the pylons and soldered an LED strip to the cables leading to each nacelle. Got the windows drilled out of most of the model, just got the saucer edge to do.
