I had some time on my hands being in the L&D, and then the postpartum rooms this week. I easily started and finished the first novella of #murderbots on a recommendation from #ouropinionsarecorrect. I had realized that most the #scifi I had digested up to this point was more the #legacy variety. I still like those, but a broader view what we all should strive for. While I do really like the #MurderBotDiaries first book and the different approach, I found it a little lacking in world building. What I mean is that I did not feel properly placed into the planet they were on. It was a lot more straight forward reading, shorter being a novella; however, I feel like I want more…. I will still pick up book number 2 to see how they continue it, but not before I finish the last #expanse book. I am more eagerly awaiting to find out what happens on my time off.
