@rzeta0
If you ask m , folding for origami is more intellectually rewarding than building fast like that
IN my defense I was not a cse guy esp not a dsa guy *e even now)
I was lucky that my college exposed us to ubuntu and had unlimited wifi ( although that was another mess ...)
I still dissent with this cult of pythonista an js folks claiming to be full stack or know it all , I mean prototype is not product and learning to build a product begins with the aforementioned patience ( read reasources and staying power / or soft skill with hustle or even worse con) , but yes the scale of labor economy , #venturecapital and circumstantial necessity of #knowledgework from selling the research to marketing the skills as the latter was necessitated by lesser educated workers to sell the products more than they reasonably should ve.
Now its come down to people becoming products which can't learn as machines do and we need spend enough time being that just for the sake of connectivity and/ political identity .
Resource and hence opportunity to learn ( let alone the motivation) we never equally distributed , because homosapians build machines to compete for resources and perhaps this is the possible limit or singularity for that
/just spoke my mind , not even a well founded opinion

The three red lines I never cross with AI in my Zettelkasten:

1. I write my own literature notes
2. I write permanent notes in my own words
3. I link my own notes

Why? Because these are where understanding deepens, connections emerge, and cognitive abilities develop.

Let AI add to your external schema and you're letting your cognitive abilities decline. Like asking a robot to go to the gym for you.

AI tools that access file systems directly are gaining enterprise traction. Claude Code reportedly reached $1B run-rate in 6 months by reading local files rather than requiring manual uploads. McKinsey's internal tool shows 75% adoption among employees. Early users report cutting literature review time from 8 hours to 2. Signal that persistent context may matter more than chat interfaces for knowledge work.

I've been reflecting on how creativity actually works—not the romanticised "waiting for the muse" version, but the real, practical process.

Tomorrow I'm publishing about the four stages of creativity and how understanding this framework helps us work WITH our creative process rather than fighting against it.

Those "random" idea moments during walks or late at night? Not random at all.

More tomorrow.

2026 Prediction: AI Agents Go Mainstream 🤖
By end of 2026, most knowledge workers will interact with AI agents daily - not chatbots, but autonomous systems completing multi-step workflows.
The question: What do we offload without harming our cognitive abilities?
This is the challenge I'm exploring through my Zettelkasten and AI integration experiments.

I'm calling it: AI agents will go mainstream in 2026. Most knowledge workers will use autonomous AI systems daily by year's end.
Am I:

Too optimistic?
Too conservative?
About right?

What's YOUR prediction for AI in 2026?

The central question I've wrestled with all year:
How do I use AI to enhance my thinking without it doing the thinking FOR me?
In my 2026 predictions, I explore why AI agents + long-term memory might finally solve this cognitive augmentation puzzle.
It's about expanding consciousness, not offloading it.

"The brain learns best when it's surprised — when it detects a mismatch between an expectation and a result. If you rely on a calculator for 5 x 10 and a typo gives you '500,' your brain feels no error because it never made a prediction. You bypass a fundamental learning mechanism."

The #AIProductivity Index (#APEX) is a new #benchmark evaluating #AImodels based on their ability to perform economically valuable #knowledgework. APEX v1.0 consists of 200 cases across four professions: investment banking, law, consulting, and medical practice. While no models achieved a 100% score, the initial results show promise for AI’s potential to unlock significant #economicvalue. mercor.com/blog/introducing-ap #tech #media #news

The paradox of knowledge in business environments. People getting paid for knowing the unknowable.
People should say "How should I know" more often.
How you make them do that?

How should I know?
