ein zart begrünter frühlingshafter Auwald mit blühendem Hohlen Lerchensporn (weiß-rosa-violette Blüten). Zu dem Zeitpunkt war es dort lichtdurchflutet und der Boden komplett von flachen Pflanzen in hellem Grün bedeckt.

日本独占市場に挑む——中国の中科卓爾、半導体マスクブランクスで量産加速

<p>半導体製造に使うマスクブランクスを開発する「中科卓爾（Zhongke Zhuoer）」が、中銀国際（BOCI）の傘下ファンドが主導するリーズBで数億元（数十億円）の資金調達を実施した。資金は、マスクブランクスの生産技術開発や生産ラインの建設、量産化に充てられる。</p>
<p>中科卓爾は、中国科学院の楊偉教授らが2018年に設立。マスクブランクスの研磨・成膜などコア工程で独自技術を確立し、生産装置の自社開発にも取り組む。主要製品は130～250ナノメートル（nm）プロセスの半導体・ディスプレイ用マスクブランクスやその生産装置で、28～90nmプロセスの製品開発も進めている。</p>
<p>マスクブランクスは、リソグラフィ工程で回路パターンをウェハに転写する際に用いる“原版”であり、線幅精度や歩留まりを左右する最重要材料だ。複数の調査によると、2024年の世界のマスクブランクス市場規模は36億ドル（約5600億円）で、うち中国での需要は約100億元（約2200億円）と見られる。</p>
<p>しかし、市場はHOYAや信越化学工業など日本メーカーが独占しており、中国では高品質のマスクブランクスがほぼ輸入品で、国産品が占めるシェアは1％未満にとどまる。また、マスクブランクスの生産に使われる電子線リソグラフィや欠陥検査などの重要装置は、米国や日本が長らく輸出を規制しているため、中国企業の生産能力増強を阻む要因となっているという。</p>
<p>現在、中国でマスクブランクスを小ロットで安定供給できる企業は4～5社に限る。楊氏は「輸入装置に依存すれば、サプライチェーンのどこかが止まった瞬間に生産ライン全体が止まりかねない。一方、既存のリソグラフィ技術では、マスクブランクスは今後10年は代替しがたい中核材料であり続ける」と語る。</p>

<p>同社は以下の3つの技術を強みとしている：1）表面粗さ0.2nm未満（国際平均は0.3nm）の精密研磨技術；2）成膜均一性±2%（国際基準は±5%）のマグネトロンスパッタ装置；<br />
3）0.3μm（マイクロメートル）の小さな欠陥を検出し、それを生産データと関連付ける欠陥検出システム。</p>
<p>一方で、楊氏は「現在の国産マスクブランクスは主に130〜500nmプロセス対応であり、100nm以下の先端ノードに対応するには、さらなる技術革新が不可欠だ」と課題も認める。</p>
<p>中科卓爾の製品はすでに、路維光電（Newway）、龍図光罩（Starmask）など国内主要フォトマスクメーカーの品質検証を通過した。また、四川省成都市にあるパイロットラインでも生産技術と製品の検証を終え、今回の調達資金をもとに量産体制の大幅な拡張を計画している。</p>

I think I spend way too much time staring at my Hoya plant collection and thinking about the best placement for every single one of them under the grow light. Some of them have leaves that change colours depending on how much light they get. The more light they get, the lovelier the colour.

I also don't know which one of these are considered "rare" anymore. As far as I'm concerned, if I can find and afford it, it's definitely not rare. I don't typically spend more than $20 for a plant.

At the center of the image is a cluster of long-armed starfish shaped white flowers (an umbel of florets) each with a narrow flush of dark pink at their center and a another white apple-blossom shaped extrusion floating on top at 180 degrees to the star (corona). Behind it is a smattering of oval green leaves with no visible veining except down the center line, but even that is faint. It has grown up in to some white-painted wooden rafters, but we're too close in to tell anything about the bigger structure. What the image can't convey is the almost too-ripe honey saturated scent that lingers close too the blooms. .
