Fired up this one for a sheer radiant jolt of nostalgia - remembrances from a time when computing still felt (well, to me) wondrous and imaginative. I know this is an irony, given flight simulation history, but it set the foundation for all my practice-research today.

Evening flights especially bring back the memories of that early excitement - the limited 2D/3D atmospherics doing what they can to come alive.
