Aber anscheinend ist @Bundesregierung nur voller #Karriere|isten und #Wirbelloser!
- Genauso wie @EUCommission & @Europarl_DE welche sich genauso verweigern #Sanktionen gegen das #Trump-#Regime in den #USA zu verhängen und konsequent #Datenexportverbot|e sowie Durchsetzungsverbote von #US-#Sanktionen (und zwangsweise Enteignung von #EU-ansässigen Unternehmen wie #PayPal) zu beschließen!
Es verbietet sich, mit offensichtlich feindlich gesinnten & feindlich agierenden Staaten wie dem #US-Regime Geschäfte zu machen!
- Auch sollte #FATCA gekündigt und US-Staatsangehörige grundsätzlich als politisch verfolgte anerkannt werden und durch @bamf die deutsche #Staatsangehörigkeit angeboten werden, damit diese nicht qua US-Willkür #staatenlos gemacht merden können…
Nur mangelt es der #Bundesregierung an entsprechender #Verfassungsteue um dies zu tun!

@corneliakost Das Problem ist dass diese Problematik von der Politik in #Europa, insbesondere #Deutschland, geleugnet wird.
- Dass #Trans*personen (und generell #LGBTQIA*) unter dem #Trump-Regime verfolgt werden wird von @Bundesregierung, @AuswaertigesAmt & @bamf geleugnet bzw. wird es verweigert diese Tatsache anzuerkennen!
Ich wünsche mir ne Enscheidung seitens BVerfG oder Gar EGMR vgl. Flüchtlingseigenschaft von Frauen aus Afghanistan [vai @marcel] dazu.
- Ferner sollte die #EU konsequent aus #FATCA austreten und jene Steuererhebung der #USA als #Schuldknechtschaft verbieten.
