I realize all kinds of gross stuff goes into wet cat food, but they’ve started using pig lungs in the chicken flavors made by Hills Science Diet.

In the prescription formula the company straight up told me that they’ll change the ingredients whenever they feel like it if it’s best for their company. They don’t list pig lungs but whatever they started putting in it at the beginning of 2025 made cats not want to eat it.

They do list pig lungs an ingredient in the regular OTC foods. Maybe I’m overreacting by thinking this is really gross, at a time when livestock is being culled for having respiratory diseases, I don’t want my cat eating diseased meat at all, but definitely not lungs.

Y’all if you eat sausage from corporate meat processors, you should read the ingredients list carefully. Don’t eat pig’s lungs. Don’t become patient 0 for our next pandemic.

AAA is trash now.
I’ve been paying them for 10 years, actually longer than that but it was a southern California AAA before that so it doesn’t count once I moved back over here.

I asked these people if they could produce a new AAA number for me at renewal because a Scammer has my AAA number and even though I’m not sure she could do anything with it, I don’t want to find out.

They told me no, they can’t do that, then they offered me credit monitoring. You fools, just last year I received four different data breach letters that gave me credit monitoring. I don’t need more credit monitoring in my life I just need a new AAA number that a Scammer doesn’t know.

Nope.

So get this, I ask them whete I go to login to look at the free credit monitoring that they offer because every time I get an email about it I don’t dare click on it because it could be fishing, so they sent me a link, and the password I had previously used back when I could find it didn’t work.

So I sent them a screenshot and I said “see why I thought this was a fishing thing, I can’t even login.”

It literally has the AAA logo in the upper left hand corner in my screenshot and this rep comes back and tells me that that’s experience credit monitoring. FML NO

#USAA will provide roadside assistance for $23 a year compared to AAA’s 4 to 5 times that.

I guess #AAA hates money 🤷🏻‍♀️

BTW, USAA had been allowing their customer service reps and insurance people to choose to work from home, do hybrid, or go to the office before 2020 came around.

They don’t hate their customers, I don’t think they hate their employees, and they definitely don’t hate money.

Last year I shared some reviews from the Yankee candle website and I was all “LOL looks like covid is ripping again!” because people were complaining that the wax melts had no scent or that it wore off super fast.

I wasn’t wrong about Covid ripping, but I think I was wrong about why people were posting those reviews. I was reading them because I was purchasing some wax melts.

Those people were right and I was wrong to lol about it. The wax melts are SMALLER so maybe that contributes to it, but these things are trash. They don’t last any longer than the $2 pack that I used to get from Walmart.

@rockpapershotgun To be quite frank: The login into the game still sucks - Saturday remembered me of the song „Only Queue….“ and at the end the servers were shut down completely.
Sunday morning starts with another queue (Servers are up again and Devs say, the‘ve increased capacity…don‘t see that, tbh) and another loooooong wait time to get into the game (currently still waiting)….

When I was in the game (Since Thursday: approx 27h wait time to get into the game and approx 3.5 game time), it was good, combat felt good and I was motivated and curious to get more into it.
But currently the login into the game and the server issues are a really really big hurdle and I can not recommend this game to anyone to buy at this stage.

Devs and Publisher need to get the server stability and capacity fixed first.

I'm about to throw this laptop across the room.

Using the touchpad with one hand resting on the palm rest area like you see in this photo puts enough stress/torsion on the touchpad that it starts to malfunction. Taps don't work or motion is hindered. What a crappy ass laptop design that you can't put even the slightest stress on the palm rest.
