Moment #4 of PSO🥰

Spinning pole is not my strong suit. It makes me super dizzy quickly and I feel so much less in control compared to static😵‍💫. I tend to put tricks on spinning pole in my routine if I'm already comfortable in them (I learned that the hard way from last year). Usually it's easy to focus and to progress in the things that come more natural to you and avoid the difficult ones. I would love to progress in this more, but I already focused on the choreo this time and I guess you can't do everything at once🤷🏻‍♀️
And I am actually not unhappy with the tricks I did on spinny this competition🤗
